Discord Rules

The staff team has discretion in interpreting rule violations on a per-case basis.

2.1 | General Conduct & Respect

2.1.1 | Abide by Discord's Terms of Service

All members must abide to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of these terms will result in appropriate action, up to and including a ban from the server. Link to Discord ToS

2.1.2 | Respectful Communication

Treat all members with respect and kindness, regardless of their background, beliefs, or experience. Avoid personal attacks, insults, harassment, discrimination, or any form of hate speech.

2.1.3 | No Harassment or Bullying

Harassment and bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: name-calling, threats, intimidation, and unwanted sexual advances.

2.1.4 | No Discrimination

Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

2.1.5 | Maintain a Positive Atmosphere

Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all members. Encourage constructive communication and avoid negativity or drama.

2.1.6 | No Impersonation

Do not impersonate other members, staff, or any other individual.

2.1.7 | Respect Privacy

Do not share personal information about other members without their explicit consent. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, and other identifying information.

2.1.8 | English Only

We respect all cultures and languages and it's why we require all members to use only English to maintain a fair environment for all members.

2.2 | Content Guidelines

2.2.1 | No Illegal Content

Sharing or promoting any illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material, pirated software, or content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children, is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

2.2.2 | NSFW Content

If NSFW content is permitted in designated channels, it must be clearly labeled and restricted to members 18+. Sharing NSFW content outside of these designated channels is prohibited. [Link to any specific NSFW rules if applicable]

2.2.3 | Graphic Content

Avoid sharing excessively graphic or disturbing content, even in NSFW channels. Use discretion and consider the impact on other members.

2.2.4 | Spamming

Do not spam the server with excessive messages, advertisements, or irrelevant content. Advertising: Unauthorized advertising or solicitation is not permitted. Contact staff for permission before promoting any products or services.

2.3 | Community Interaction

2.3.1 | Constructive Feedback

Offer constructive criticism in a polite and helpful manner. Focus on the content, not the person.

2.3.2 | Language

While some casual language is generally acceptable, avoid excessive swearing or offensive language.

2.3.3 | Conflict Resolution

If you have a conflict with another member, attempt to resolve it peacefully and respectfully. If you are unable to resolve it on your own, contact a staff member for assistance.

2.3.4 | Reporting Violations

If you witness any violations of these rules, please report them to a staff member immediately. Use the designated reporting channels or contact a staff member directly.

2.3.5 | Recordings

Any record of our Voice Chats must be accepted by all members in the VC.

2.4 | Staff Authority & Enforcement

2.4.1 | Staff Discretion

Staff members have the authority to enforce these rules and take appropriate action, including warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans, at their discretion.

2.4.2 | Rule Changes

These rules may be updated or changed at any time. Members are responsible for staying informed of any changes.

2.4.3 | Appeals Process

If you believe you have been unfairly penalized, you may appeal the decision by opening a ticket.

2.5 | Age Restrictions

2.5.1 | Age Requirement All members must be at least 13 years old to comply with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to join this server.
