Departments Rules

Here can be found all guidelines that all departments in LCRP must follow.

Moderation

All departments are required to have a role for the department managers and for the Foundation Team, which must contain full access through the entire department server.

Removing or not giving Department Managers their role will result in moderation actions.

The staff team has discretion in interpreting rule violations on a per-case basis.

Department Regulations

4.1 | General Conduct

4.1.1 | Department Limit

All members must be in only 3 departments and must not be HiCom in more than one(1) server. For being in more than

4.1.2 | LSP Guidelines

LSP with their state-wide JD has the most important role. Their task to maintain a high level of life and security in the state.

4.1.2.1 | LSP main JD is from freedom Ave and riverside drive to the rest of the county.

Going to the city is allowed and sometimes even a good practice, although it's preferred to be in county.

4.1.3 | RCPD Guidelines

As a local/city LE Agency, their task is to Serve and Protect River City and the surroundings(JD map will be posted soon)

• 4.1.3.1 | RCPD Unwhitelisted Due to it being an open department, it's important that WL members try to take care and teach their non WL officers

4.1.4 | LCFD Guidelines

As the county firefighting agency, it has the entirety of the map and will have its JD made internally but posted in here.

• 4.1.4.1 | Apparatus speed The response speed to All calls must not exceed 10 MPH of the actual limit in long roads and must be 5 MPH below or at the speed limit at metro areas

4.1.5 | DPR Guidelines

DPR has a shared JD with other local and state agencies, this means they're the ones responsible for parks and recreation zones.

• 4.1.5.1 | DPR agents must not act as law enforcement out of their JD. -# The only exception is a Life or Death event or low LEO in the area. (Life or Death within 2 blocks or 1 postal away) || (Low LEO = none LSP in-game, in case of only 1 or 2 troopers needing help in the county it is allowed for DPR to assist in case of panic, although acting as LEO out of delimited JD must be avoided at the most on those exceptions)

• 4.1.5.2 | DPR has the last say in operations at their JD. Exception: Rescue or Tactical scenes are in control of the command of the specialist agency(E.g.: Rescue scene will have command of LCFD)

4.1.6 | Interdepartmental Relations

All departments must work together and not agaisnt each other.

Rules

Departments are allowed to have their own rules, as long as they:

• Follow LCRP's rules( Discord Regulations& In-Game Regulations)

• Follow PRC Community Guidelines
• Follow Discord and Roblox ToS.
• Follow LCRP's Guidelines.

Policy

LCRP departments policy is not available yet.

Requirements

Roles

Departments are required to have one(1) role for Department Managers and Foundation Team. Requirements:

• Have discord administration Perms.

• Be given out only to the correct teams.

• Be the highest role in the server.

Staff Role

Departments are not required to give each staff member a staff role.

Discord

All departments must have:

• Ticket System

• Chain Of Command(CoC) channel

• Permanent Invite code. (Only one invite code to the server if possible)

• LCRP's discord rules embed added to a channel.

• At least three(3) embed images for LCRP
