What is a Chain Of Command(CoC)?

The CoC works in a way that each rank/team has it's own responsibilities, meaning that they have a superior or a rank below them that has their own duties. The Chain of Command is here to make clear who is in charge of decisions.

Foundation Team

Responsible for big decisions and overseeing the discord and in game.

SHR Team

The SHR Team are responsible for the Operations and Coordination Team.

HR Team

The HR Team is divided in Operations Team and Coordination Team.

Operations Team

The Operations Team is responsible for the development, events, partnerships, support team and maintenance of the server.

Coordination Team

The Coordination Team focuses on staff training, staff promotions and demotions, infractions, reports, events team and media team.

Management Team

Responsible for managing the In-Game Server.
